My monthly retainer service provides you with continual support with all aspects of your Showit website. As a returning customer, you'll not only get VIP treatment, but I will handle all of your requests in a timely manner so your business won't miss a beat! Every project begins with a consultation. After completing the booking and onboarding process, I’ll send you a calendar for an extended meeting. We'll discuss the project, get into the details, and confirm that we're on the same page before we dive into your brand direction.
Strategy is a foundational element of my design process, where I take the time to understand your brand, competitive landscape, and goals. Next, I'll build an inspiration board that will guide the design process. With the strategy in place, I'll then move on to designing your brand and mocking up each element in context so you can see your brand come to life.
Once you officially approve your shiny new brand, I'll get to work on the website design. This is where the magic happens! I'll begin with the homepage, send it for your approval and then continue on with the rest of the design.
Depending on which package you choose, and what your specific goals/needs are, the process may differ slightly.
Now that we've designed an all-new brand and website, I'll move into any additional deliverables you may have booked. Once those are finalized, I'll create a launch plan, train you on how to use your new site, and get to celebrating!
